Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist in Harrisonburg, VA, at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. PT or PTA placement for our outpatient clinic. 32-34 minimum hours per week.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Virginia physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Experience treating musculoskeletal and post-operative orthopedic patients preferred. Clinical documentation experience with electronic medical records required. Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week during the assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques preferred. CPR/BLS current preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift schedule: 5 days per week.
