Collect and analyze relevant data; develop and implement care plans and adjust interventions accordingly. Supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff across multiple levels; collaborate with other disciplines. Participate in discharge planning to provide continuity of care; maintain patient safety and a healing environment. Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and post-visit care; provide clear communication to the treating team. Document care accurately and contribute to shift handoffs and care coordination. Requirements Active RN license in California Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification from an approved vendor Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification from an approved vendor Minimum two years of recent nursing experience in the field Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Ability to work night shift in a hospital setting Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Credentialing and onboarding assistance Assignment support throughout the contract Dedicated clinical and scheduling support
