Contract | Days (5x8 Hours, 8:00–16:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in a home health setting
• Complete and maintain OASIS assessments in accordance with home health requirements
• Meet productivity expectations of 6 points per day or 30 points per week
• Travel to patient homes within the assigned service area; mileage reimbursed at the IRS rate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for all patient encounters

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license; Virginia license required to be in hand at time of submittal or proof of compact license
• OASIS experience required
• Prior home health experience required
• Specialty experience within the last year required
• One supervisory reference required at time of submittal
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted at the same rate

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with electronic health record documentation in a home health environment
• Strong time management and ability to consistently meet productivity benchmarks
• Familiarity with home health regulatory and compliance standards
