Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the senior living or healthcare sector. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving occupancy in a senior living community. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, social media, and community engagement tactics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Director of Sales and Marketing Day-to-Day Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive occupancy and achieve revenue goals. Provide executive leadership and oversight to the sales and marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Lead, mentor, and coach sales staff to ensure effective lead management and relationship-building with prospective residents and families. Analyze market trends and competitive data to identify opportunities for growth and market expansion. Oversee the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and community outreach. Establish and monitor sales metrics and reporting tools to evaluate performance and adjust strategies as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, hospitals, and community organizations.
