Make an impact! As a Technical Services Operations Manager, you’ll lead a motivated team of chemists and drivers while managing full P&L responsibility for a service center. This role is ideal for someone with leadership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. You’ll play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, driving operational excellence, and supporting both your team and customers. Key Job Responsibilities Lead daily operations for the service center with full P&L ownership Oversee scheduling of customer work, logistics, and team assignments Manage and develop Field Chemists and Drivers, providing training and support Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and DOT regulations Coordinate purchasing, invoices, and supply management for the facility Collaborate with Sales, Plant Operations, and Customer Service teams to resolve technical and operational needs Communicate facility updates and challenges to regional leadership Other duties as assigned Do you have what it takes?
