Client Coordinator

Sirius Staffing is hiring a Client Coordinator for a remote contract opportunity. This role supports clients, physicians, nurses, and authorized representatives by managing inquiries, documentation, data entry, and case coordination. Responsible for data preparation, entry, tracking, filing, and servicing inquiries;all duties must be handled with high-quality customer service and in full compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Pay Rate: $15-$19/hr BOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday , 8 :30a-5P Eastern Time Zone (Overtime may be required based on volume and company needs)

Essential Job Functions

• Handle and respond promptly to inquiries from clients/client representatives regarding questions, report status, concerns, or general requests.
• Utilize systems and databases to enter and retrieve client or claimant information.
• Maintain daily contact with the QA department regarding workflow and pending report status.
• Contact providers for assignment and update the database.
• File and archive open and closed cases.
• Verify client information, guidelines, rules, and notes are current in the system.
• Work independently and collaboratively to address, document, and return cases in a timely fashion.
• Direct calls to other departments as needed.
• Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and QA issues, and notify management ofreportedconcerns.
• Ensure all practices comply with state and federal safety and legal regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Complete knowledge of general computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone operations.
• Knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet.
• Minimum typing speed of 40 W.P.M.
• Ability to be trained and adhere to HIPAA regulations and compliance standards.
• Some clinical background required.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Accurate, thorough, highly responsible for the quality of work, and proactive in identifying improvements.
• Ability to follow instructions and management directions accurately.
• Able to work independently, prioritize activities, and use time efficiently.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and promote a positive team-oriented environment.
• Able to stay focused under distractions, work well under pressure/stressful conditions, and manage change or unexpected events appropriately.
• Ability to follow all company policies and procedures as they exist orare updatedover time.
