Full-Time 1st Shift (8 hours) + 1 Weekend Per Month

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities:

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Requirements:

Valid/ Active New Jersey RN/ LPN License
Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership/ Supervisor experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting.
Strong knowledge of nursing protocols, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
PCC Experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team with empathy and precision.
