The Role

As a Refrigeration Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial refrigeration systems across a variety of customer sites.

This is a field-based role requiring 50–70% travel , offering the opportunity to work on technically advanced equipment within a highly respected global business.

What We’re Looking For

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have:

• Previous experience as a Refrigeration Technician or in a similar role
• Experience working within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience on refrigeration systems
• A willingness to travel extensively (50–70% of the time )
• A proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for training, learning, and technical progression
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently on customer sites
