Hours: 36-40 Hours per Week
Shift Details:
• 12-Hour Shifts
• Day or Night shifts based on unit needs
• Rotating schedule as required


The Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a general medical-surgical unit.
This role requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple patients in a team-based environment.


Must-Have Qualifications
• Minimum 1-2+ years of RN experience (Med Surg preferred)
• Active Oklahoma RN License (Required prior to start)
• BLS Certification (AHA - Required)
• Strong knowledge of Med Surg nursing practices
• Ability to manage multiple patients (ratio ~6:1)

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in acute care or hospital settings
• Experience working with LPNs and nursing aides
• Strong communication and teamwork skills


Work Environment
• Medical Surgical Unit
• Onsite role in Elk City, OK
• Team-based care with LPNs and aides support

Additional Requirements
• Must be flexible with day/night rotating shifts
• Ability to handle varied patient conditions
• Must comply with all clinical and regulatory standards
