MickeyValentine LLC is seeking a dependable, trustworthy and self-motivated Field Operations Route Specialist to support our growing operation throughout New York, New Jersey and the surrounding tri-state area.

This is a hands-on field position for someone who is comfortable working independently, spending significant time on the road and completing a high-volume daily route. The right candidate will be responsible for visiting multiple business locations each day, servicing company equipment, completing assigned tasks accurately and communicating with management when issues arise.

This is not a traditional 9-to-5 desk job. Routes can involve long days, significant driving, changing traffic conditions and occasional weekend work. Candidates must be comfortable handling approximately 30–40 stops on busy days and staying focused without constant supervision.

• Comfortable troubleshooting basic equipment issues
  
  
• Physically capable of moving and handling equipment when necessary
  
  
• Professional when interacting with business owners, managers and staff
  
  

A clean driving record and valid driver's license are required.

Experience in route work, delivery, field service, event setup, logistics, vending, equipment service or similar work is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
