As a Catering Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that enhance our catering offerings. Responsibilities

• Develop and manage catering sales plans to meet revenue goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure quality and timely catering services
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics
• Assist in promoting catering services through various channels
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall marketing strategies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
