Delivery Operations Manager

Managing the flow of work across multiple campaigns, the full-time remote Delivery Operations Manager will oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and team capacity while ensuring timely delivery of initiatives across various domains including advertising and events. Key responsibilities Manage the intake, prioritization, scheduling, and allocation of work across multiple projects Monitor team capacity and workload to ensure effective resource utilization and adherence to deadlines Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize workflows and support successful project execution Required qualifications Experience in a Traffic Manager, Resource Manager, Project Coordinator, or Workflow Management role Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills Experience using project or resource-management platforms such as Asana or Workfront Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
