What They’re Looking For:

• Bachelors in Business, Healthcare Administration, Accounting, Finance or similar required.
• Prior management experience.
• Excellent computer knowledge and Advanced Excel user. They use SAP.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting software packages and spreadsheets.

Hours and Compensation Potential:

• The position is day shift.
• The range is between $90,000-$125,000 depending on experience.
• The facility offers a full benefit package including 20 days PTO and 6 paid holidays.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Directs financial activities of the organization. Establishes, or recommends to management, major economic objectives and policies for company.
• Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activity and financial position in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operations.
• Responsible for preparation of annual hospital budget.
• Advises management on desirable operational adjustments due to budget constraints and changes in hospital reimbursement.
• Supervises preparation of schedules and other documentation for audits of company’s accounts.

• Facility is a state of the art 52 bed inpatient acute rehab hospital that is committed to high quality healthcare. Direct reports include Dietary Manager, Dietician, Payroll, AP & Material Manager.
