Compensation (California Pay Transparency)

$35,000 - $110,000+ annually

Automotive Sales Consultants in the Southern California market earn an average total compensation within this range, with top performers exceeding it.

Our compensation plan includes:

• Competitive commission-based pay
• Performance bonuses and incentives
• Earnings tied directly to sales volume and performance

What You'll Do

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
• Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat business
• Identify customer needs through effective communication and product knowledge
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Guide customers through pricing, financing introductions, and purchase steps
• Follow up with prospects to generate referrals and repeat customers
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
• Retail, customer service, or commission sales experience is a plus
• Valid California driver's license
