This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys developing people, building client relationships, and helping drive the strategic growth of a successful practice. What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineering professionals. Manage and oversee water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Develop and strengthen client relationships while supporting business development efforts. Provide technical guidance, quality oversight, and project leadership. Collaborate with senior leadership to support long-term growth initiatives. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license required. 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering. Strong background in project management, client engagement, and business development.
