What you will do: Franklin Sports, Inc. is looking to hire a Digital Multimedia Specialist, Social who is a passionate, high-energy individual to work with our Creative Department. The candidate must be dynamic and ready to engage with a team of like-minded individuals. This position will develop and execute Franklin Sorts national social media plan, enhance our online reputation, and play an integral role in our ongoing marking strategies. This position will create content and community through established social channels. The Digital Multimedia Specialist, Social should have high-energy and a strong desire to elevate our social storytelling. Supporting our Marketing Department this candidate must be ready to engage with a team of like-minded individuals that are constantly innovating for the future. This role will capture and deploy content that assist in business development and further showcase product initiatives. The position is located at our Headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a hybrid office requirement and will report to the Sr. Director of Creative. #FranklinFamily
IN MORE DETAIL, YOU WILL:
Community Engagement: Proactively engage with influencers, brands, celebrities, & athletes by writing comments, Direct Messages (DMs) and reactions to extend the brand’s reach. Creative Development: Work with cross-functional team members to recommend and develop industry-leading social creative assets. Posting: Schedule, post, analyze and moderate organic social posts across social platforms, including Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as they emerge. Content Capture: Shoot, edit, and create using your own captured content as well as utilize other brand content from internal and external agencies. Collaborate on and initiate social strategies across all Franklin Sports social networks, including all phases of planning, production, and measurement. Create engaging social programs and events, both editorial and promotional, with a consistent brand voice to grow followers and engagement within the social media community. Foster community engagement across all social media platforms via the development of engaging, fan-centric social content programs, ensuring alignment across all channels and marketing verticals. Design audience-building and content engagement strategies using performance based and earned media tactics. Collaborate on development of content for paid social advertisements. Work with marketing and digital teams to ensure all content and campaigns are properly executed and amplified. Recommend strategies for social media executions in support of business goals. Engage with social media influencers both directly and via social media to develop relationships with and cross-promote initiatives and marketing goals. Deliver regular reporting and analysis for marketing KPIs. Monitor and stay ahead of industry trends in social media marketing, appropriately applying this knowledge to Franklin Sports expanding social media strategy. Communicate efficiently with internal departments on requested projects to ensure objectives are clearly understood and met. Other duties as assigned.WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field required
- Minimum of two (2) years of social media, content marketing/storytelling experience
- Experience creating and running successful social campaigns of various sizes and lengths
- Advanced proficiency in a variety of all social networks (e.g. Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, X, Facebook, etc.) required
- Advanced writing ability required
- Analytics and reporting experience
WHAT YOU HAVE DONE/ESSENTIAL TO THE ROLE:
- Consumer-centric self-starter with a deep understanding of all major social media platforms.
- Proficient understanding of Adobe Creative Suite with specific emphasis on Premier Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Ability to shoot and edit high end photo and video content preferred
- Fundamentally innovative; always thinking about improving the brand story in the social space.
- Instinctively proactive in finding creative solutions for social media efforts
- Ability to coordinate, prioritize and meet simultaneous project deliverables and deadlines
- Ability to create, test and evaluate content for social and understand what drives the engagement
- Ability to back up decisions with data that reinforces Franklin Sports brand message
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented with a very high degree of accuracy
- Must be able to work autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Flexibility with work schedule; often required to work outside standard business hours including weekends as needed. Travel to
