Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Restore Wellness Medical Group, you will primarily work with a diverse population of adult clients who are pre-screened for stability and present with low acuity mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related mental health field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as either an LMFT, LPC, or LICSW is essential for consideration. Please note that we cannot accept candidates who are interns or hold limited permits requiring supervision for individual therapy.

• Exceptional independence and self-management skills are critical, as you will be responsible for scheduling clients and managing caseload effectively.

• Your written and verbal communication skills must be outstanding to ensure clear documentation and collaboration with clients.

• It is mandatory that there are no disciplinary actions on your license, ensuring the highest standard of professional integrity.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselors can expect an annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
