Occupational Therapy Assistant – Malley Transitional Care – Northglenn, CO PRN position with a flexible schedule. Opportunities for regular PRN coverage, set schedule for vacation coverage, and early notification for last‑minute requests. Participate in CEU classes offered to the therapy team. About Malley Transitional Care Malley Transitional Care is a skilled nursing facility offering ventilator/tracheostomy services, long‑term care, post‑acute and outpatient services. The facility has an in‑house therapy team with no contract therapy companies. Responsibilities Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist. Administer procedures such as ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive and assistive devices. Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments, documenting in the clinical record as required. Report the effectiveness of treatment outcomes to the supervising Occupational Therapist. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
