We're not looking for the stereotypical "car salesperson."

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Sales Consultant, you'll help customers through the entire vehicle-buying experience—from the first conversation to handing them the keys.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and assisting customers in person
• Responding quickly to internet and phone leads
• Learning customers' needs and helping match them with the right vehicle
• Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
• Following up with customers by phone, text, and email
• Creating relationships that generate repeat and referral business
• Working with customers with different financing situations
• Learning our inventory and staying updated on new arrivals
• Using social media to showcase vehicles and generate opportunities
• Creating short-form vehicle videos, walkarounds, and other content when needed
• Keeping your leads and customer follow-ups organized
• Working with management to structure and close deals
• Delivering a professional, straightforward customer experience

EXPERIENCE

Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required .

Experience in any of the following can translate well:

• Retail sales
• Wireless/cell phone sales
• Fitness or gym sales
• Hospitality
• Customer service
• Real estate
• Insurance
• Social media/content creation
• Restaurant or nightlife industry
• Any commission-based sales environment

We care more about your drive than where you worked before.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license
• Professional appearance and communication
• Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone
• Ability to learn dealership software and CRM systems
• Willingness to follow up consistently with customers
• Comfortable appearing in occasional social media/video content
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong work ethic
• Positive and competitive mindset
