Mortgage Loan Processor - Bilingual

No prior mortgage experience is required for this opportunity!This candidate does need to be bilingual (English/Spanish)As a Mortgage Loan Processor, your customer service acumen and financial background will allow you to help families purchase high-quality homes in your community. You'll act as a liaison between the borrower, sales team, and underwriting department to ensure a helpful and friendly home buying experience.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain frequent communication while providing exceptional customer service to homebuyers, branch personnel, and the Homebuilding divisions throughout the entire loan processManage multiple loan filesCollect and record customer information in a timely manner to ensure timely processing of compliant mortgage loan filesEnsure accuracy and completeness of each loan file processed prior to passing to the closing departmentSet up loan files, manually and on the computerFollow up on submitted loans and/or pended loansCoordinate closing paperwork and tasks, as requiredQualificationsExcellent customer service skillsStrong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitaskStrong oral and written communication skills
