Title: Insurance Commercial Lines Account Executive

Salary : $120,000k - $125,000k (dependent upon experience) + bonus and excellent benefits package

Our client, a Top 25 National Property & Casualty Insurance Broker is a seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive . Position and is REMOTE (MUST LIVE IN TEXAS OR LOUISIANA to be considered). The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial insurance expertise, deep relationship management skills, and experience handling middle market to large accounts (Healthcare).This is a client-facing, service-focused role that partners closely with producers, carriers, and internal service teams to maintain and grow long-term client relationships through proactive account management and consultative support. Position is open due to growth.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned commercial insurance clients.
\n
• Maintain a designated book of business, accountable for growth, retention, and client satisfaction.
\n
• Manage all aspects of the renewal process for complex accounts.
\n
• Deliver consultative risk management and insurance program guidance to clients.
\n
• Conduct regular stewardship meetings, renewal strategy discussions, and coverage reviews.
\n
• Maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
\n
• Prepare renewal strategy documents, submissions, and marketing specifications.
\n
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and coverage enhancements.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve client insurance programs and risk financing strategies.
\n
• Collaborate with producers on account retention and organic growth initiatives.
\n
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of new business and renewal accounts.
\n
• Develop service timelines and ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
\n
• Assist in cross-selling additional services and coverages where appropriate.
\n
• Present coverage recommendations and renewal options to clients.
\n
• Mentor and support junior account managers and service team members.
\n
• Assist with establishing workflows, best practices, and service standards for accounts.
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Must have a minimum of 8 years of Property & Casualty (P&C) experience
\n
• Ability to travel to clients in Mississippi
\n
• Experience managing large, sophisticated accounts
\n

\n

\n

The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
