Member of Technical Staff - Platform Engineering

Job Overview: Our client isseeking a highly skilled and motivated Member of Technical Staff to join our Platform Engineering team in our San Francisco office. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our core platform, which is the backbone of our products and services. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent opportunities for growth and advancement. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain our core platform using the latest technologies and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the platform Optimize and improve the performance and scalability of the platform Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new technologies to enhance the platform Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code Experience at a Pre-seed-Series B startup OR former founder Experience as a platform, full stack, or backend software engineer in fast moving and high growth companies Big tech experience before going to a startup Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 5 - 12 years of experience in platform/full stack engineering, building RL environments or ML infrastructure Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with databases and SQL Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Passion for learning and staying updated with new technologies #J-18808-Ljbffr Upcoresolutions
