Are you the person who looks beyond the numbers to uncover opportunities others miss? Do you enjoy researching markets, building financial models, and helping leaders make informed decisions? If so, Noo-Kayet Investments is looking for a Financial Analyst to help drive strategic growth and investment decisions across a diverse portfolio of tribal enterprises.

This isn't your typical accounting role. You'll be analyzing investment opportunities, evaluating business performance, studying economic trends, and helping shape decisions that contribute to the long-term economic success of the Port Gamble S'Klallam Tribe.
What You'll Be Doing

Research and evaluate potential investment opportunities.
Build financial models, forecasts, and business analyses.
Analyze market trends, industries, and economic sectors.
Develop investment theses and conduct due diligence.
Track investment performance and prepare executive reports.
Identify business trends and provide recommendations to improve operations.
Analyze casino, hotel, and enterprise performance data to support profitability and growth.
Partner with leadership to provide actionable insights that influence strategic decisions.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Experience in financial analysis, business analytics, investments, or related fields.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
Ability to interpret complex financial and statistical information.
Strong critical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills.
Someone who enjoys digging into data and turning it into meaningful recommendations.
