Hospitalist - Nocturnist

Job Details Join Jefferson Health’s nocturnist team at Jefferson Lansdale Hospital. This role involves overnight inpatient care on a rotating schedule of one week on/one week off, offering a supportive, collaborative environment with a sustainable work schedule. Responsibilities Overnight admissions & inpatient care: evaluate and admit patients from the ED, conduct night rounds, and manage ongoing inpatient care. Team collaboration: coordinate with interdisciplinary teams (nursing, specialists, social work) to ensure comprehensive transitions at shift change. Documentation & compliance: maintain accurate and timely charting of histories, physicals, daily notes, and care plans while ensuring compliance and proper coding. Qualifications MD or DO, board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine. Completion of an accredited residency program. Must hold or be eligible for a Pennsylvania medical license and DEA registration. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Work Shift: Workday Night (United States of America).
