Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Q2C Functional Consultant with deep expertise across Billing, Payments, and Revenue Management. The consultant will partner with stakeholders to optimize end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes, configure and support Oracle EBS Financials and Order Management capabilities, drive integrations, and enable scalable, compliant solutions that enhance revenue lifecycle performance.

Rate: $70.00 to $80.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the functional SME for Oracle EBS Q2C with focus on Billing and Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications and Payments, Revenue Recognition, and Collections and Credit Management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and solution designs.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS modules for Billing, Receivables, Payments, and Revenue Management.
• Analyze current-state processes and recommend automation and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with technical teams to clarify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and validate solutions.
• Support enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and production support.
• Define integration requirements with external billing, payment, banking, CRM, and reporting systems.
• Create and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for system, integration, and UAT.
• Assist with data validation, issue resolution, and deployments.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, and support documentation.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS functional consulting experience.
• Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash processes.
• Extensive experience with Oracle AR, Billing and Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Payment Processing, Cash Management, and Collections.
• Proven ability to document requirements and create functional specifications.
• Experience across implementations, enhancements, and production support.
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting concepts for revenue and receivables.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, subscription billing knowledge, integrations and APIs, middleware, SOX and audit understanding, and large enterprise experience.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
