Development Assistant / Coordinator (Part-Time) Location: Charlotte, NC (Fully Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Pay: $24-$30/hour Our client is seeking a highly organized Development Assistant / Coordinator to provide administrative and project support across multiple departments. This is a key role supporting daily operations, project coordination, budgeting activities, and document management. Responsibilities

• Manage daily administrative tasks and office support functions
• Review and process invoices
• Maintain project files, records, and documentation
• Assist with budget tracking and monthly budget reviews
• Support project coordination and reporting activities
• Review contracts and project-related documents
• Assist with compliance and quality control efforts
• Provide administrative support to multiple teams and departments

Qualifications

• Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Experience with invoices, budgets, and document management
• Project coordination or project support experience
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment

Preferred Experience

• Paralegal background
• Contract review and legal document experience
• Compliance, quality assurance, or document control experience
• Strong process-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail

Pay Details: $24.00 to $30.00 per hour
