Annual Compensation: $67,000 - $70,000
$2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our Lewisville, TX team. Thisposition offers an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a dynamic group ofpsychologists, therapists, and registered dietitians in a supportive andprofessionally enriching environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conductindividual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Performclinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatmentplans.
• Participateactively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning.
• Maintainaccurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Demonstratea commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct.
• Collaborateeffectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize clientoutcomes.

Qualifications:

• Activelicensure as an LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in the State ofTexas.
• Master’sdegree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Priorclinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and grouptherapy.
• Thoroughunderstanding of confidentiality standards, state regulations, andclinical protocols.
• Exceptionalinterpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ademonstrated passion for working within a client-centered, team-basedclinical setting.
• Spanish-speakingcandidates are highly valued and strongly encouraged to apply.

• Annual based salary with monthly and quarterly bonus eligibility
