Imagine leading a team of dedicated professionals in a thriving pediatric urology practice at a prestigious, internationally recognized, multi-site pediatric healthcare system in Jacksonville, Florida. As the Chief of Pediatric Urology, you will be at the forefront of strategic growth, clinical excellence, and academic pursuits, while overseeing inpatient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Guide a well-established, busy practice, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with well-known Hospitals and Universities, mentoring rotating Urology Residents and advancing academic initiatives.
- Community Impact: Serving a region of over 2 million people, providing comprehensive pediatric urology care.
- Clinic Management: Oversee a fully functional APP staffed continence clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care.
- Strategic Oversight: Assume responsibility for the strategic, operational, and administrative functions of the Division of Pediatric Urology.
- Reporting: Directly report to the Chair of the Department of Surgery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
