Depends on Experience Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 Columbus, OH Open doors to homes, opportunities, and hope. Support occupancy, leasing activity, resident follow-up and resident retention. Review applications, resident files, inspections and move-out paperwork for accuracy and timeliness. Help manage collections, deposits, invoices and community supplies responsibly. Build positive relationships with residents, associates, owners and internal partners. Keep the community organized, inspection-ready and operating with care and accountability. Basic Qualifications A high school diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience in property management, general management or a similar people-leadership role. Strong follow-through, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Smart, communicative, and high motor skills Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel and Teams A valid driver's license.

NICE TO HAVE

Affordable housing experience, HUD Section 8 knowledge or COS, LIHTC, HCCP or AHM certification is a plus, not required. 3+ years of experience as a property manager. WORK ENVIRONMENT

Most work is performed indoors in a community office setting with regular resident and associate interaction. The role includes extensive computer work, filing, community activity and occasional travel to external business activities or other communities as needed.
