As a Banker at Woodforest National Bank, you will serve as a frontline ambassador, delivering the Woodforest Experience. You will focus on building and growing retail customer relationships through exceptional service, proactive marketing of products and services, and consistent execution of operational excellence. Minimum Qualifications/Experience include at least 2 years of relevant retail sales and/or customer service experience, prior in-store retail banking experience preferred, strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work flexible or extended hours based on retail branch needs. Formal Education & Certification requires a High School Diploma or equivalent. Work Status is full-time with no supervisory responsibility. Travel may be required to support nearby branches within approximately 45 miles as business needs require. Working Conditions include standing most of the time, may involve walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods, and occasionally lifting and carrying items up to 30 lbs. Technology Requirements include maintaining a mobile device compatible with the Cisco Duo app for secure authentication.
