License: Active California Registered Nurse License.

Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS.

Must-Have: Pediatric Emergency Department experience required.

Description: Supervisory or higher references are required at the time of submission. You may be required to work a 7th shift if census increases, scheduled in advance. Weekend availability is required, every other weekend. Floating may be required. No on-call requirements. Must be actively licensed at the time of submission. No scheduling requests can be accommodated. Traveler must be flexible with scheduling. Maximum time off is 10 days, with no time off within the first 2 weeks of the assignment. Daily patient census ranges from 187 to 300. The facility serves a wide range of patient age groups, including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support includes various teams and services such as IV teams, physical therapy, and pharmacy. Patient diagnoses include Pediatric, Adult, Geriatric, STEMI, and comprehensive Stroke care. Behavioral health services are provided for transfers. The Emergency Department may handle special procedures such as ICP placement.
