Austin Commercial has an outstanding opportunity for a Receptionist to support our Phoenix Arizona Division .The purpose of this position is to provide general office support including but not limited to answering incoming calls directing calls to appropriate associates mail distribution flow of correspondence and additional clerical duties.

Responsibilities:

• Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate; transfers a caller to an associates voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
• Greets and directs visitors to the company
• Takes and retrieves messages for various employee-owners
• Provides callers with information such as company address directions to the company or jobsite location(s) company phone/fax numbers company website and other related information
• Receives sorts and forwards incoming mail
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx UPS etc.)
• Assists in the ordering receiving stocking and distribution of office supplies
• Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying faxing filing and collating

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree and/or certification a plus
• Exhibits proficient communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Demonstrates the ability to adapt to change and handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft office suite and other programs
• Professional demeanor
