Hourly Wage Range: $47-$51/hour

Additional Earnings Opportunities:

Generous hourly shift differential rates for 2nd, 3rd & weekend shifts ($5.00, $6.00 and $2.00 respectively.)

Opportunities to pick up additional shifts when available Referral bonuses

Position Summary

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide exceptional nursing care within a warm, comfortable, and resident-focused environment. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding clinical outcomes and personalized service.

Responsibilities

Accurately assess, communicate, and document resident status

Observe and report significant changes in resident condition

Coordinate care with physicians, families, and healthcare providers

Supervise and support Resident Care Assistants

Promote resident independence while meeting care needs

Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident concerns

Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations

Support a culture of dignity, respect, and exceptional service

Qualifications

Current Connecticut RN license

Current CPR certification

Graduate of an accredited RN program

One to two years of nursing experience preferred

Experience working with older adults preferred

Strong communication, clinical, and leadership skills
