What You'll Do

Provide critical respiratory care to adult patients within a hospital setting
Assist with ventilator management and respiratory assessments
Collaborate with medical team to develop patient care plans
Operate and maintain respiratory therapy equipment
Document patient treatments and progress accurately
Adhere to facility protocols and standards of care

What You Need

Required:

Valid RRT license in Michigan
Experience in a hospital setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

Previous night shift experience
Knowledge of hospital protocols and respiratory equipment
