The Care Team Hospice
The Care Team Hospice is seeking a Hospice Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families receiving end‑of‑life care in home or facility settings. You will address spiritual needs, participate in interdisciplinary care planning, and offer compassionate guidance to comfort and support during challenging times.
Requirements include an active driver's license, ability to pass background checks and MVR, CPR certification, and chaplaincy training or equivalent
