This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Grand Rapids, MI might be the perfect fit for you!Opportunity HighlightsSchedule: Full-time; call coverage anticipated every 8th week; typical daily endoscopy schedule includes 14 outpatient procedures; inpatient census averages fewer than 10 patients with APP supportJob Setting: Large System Gastroenterology Team; high-volume endoscopy-only ambulatory surgery center (ASC) and state-of-the-art inpatient endoscopy unit on the same campus; modern facilities equipped with Olympus 190 scopes, Epic, and ProvationTypes of Cases: Advanced endoscopy; comprehensive range of endoscopic techniques; inpatient and outpatient procedures; referral center for Trinity Health West Michigan; collaboration with Lacks Cancer Center and Cancer Center Network of West MichiganCompensation: Competitive salary starting at $600,000 plus $75,000 starting bonus; relocation assistance up to $10,000 (for qualifying candidates); full-time comprehensive benefit package; employer-paid malpractice and tail coverage; 403b retirement plan with employer match and 457b savings plan; CME funds; licensure and professional membership supportMinimum RequirementsBoard Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified in specialty required; Board Eligible candidates must become Board Certified within 5 years of becoming Board Eligible (no exceptions)Certifications: BLS certification (must maintain recertification); DEA required; 4th year advanced endoscopy training requiredLicensure: Valid Michigan medical license required at time of employment
