As a Personal Banker within our retail branch organization, you will be based in Glen Ellyn, IL. Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer's share of wallet. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share through a differentiated experience, lobby engagement, and PNC product positioning. Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits, and participating in efficient daily operations. No Degree No Required Certification(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $33,280.00 – $63,250.00. Salaries may vary based on location, market data, and individual performance. This role is incentive eligible.
