Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician

The Role We’re hiring a Full-Time HVAC Service Technician based in Irving, TX. In this role, you’ll become an expert on Ephoca equipment — installing, commissioning, maintaining, repairing, and training others on our products. The position includes part-time travel (40–60%) to customer sites and local warehouse unit repair along with taking technical support calls from onsite technicians. What You’ll Do Service, maintain, and repair Ephoca-manufactured HVAC equipment exclusively. Perform weekly installation trainings. Help troubleshoot and repair units over the phone. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems specific to Ephoca products. Document work performed, service findings, and recommended actions. Communicate effectively with customers and provide technical expertise. Support warranty and post-installation service needs. Participate in occasional on-call and after-hours support. What You’ll Bring 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred (experience with OEM/manufacturer-specific systems a plus). EPA 608 Certification (Required). Additional certifications are beneficial. Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical schematics. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to lift 75 lbs, work at heights, and in varying environmental conditions. Customer-focused attitude and strong communication skills. Travel & Schedule Employment: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Travel: Approximately 40–60% of the role; most trips last 2–4 days. Coverage: Mix of local DFW service and regional/national travel as needed. Per Diem/Vehicle: Per diem for travel days; flights/rentals for longer trips. Compensation: $35–$55/hr DOE + overtime + paid travel time.
