The role involves care management on a full-time basis. There may be a need to float onsite within the skill set or to other sites within a 40-mile radius if necessary. Candidates must possess a BLS certification. This role operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The assignment is for a duration of 12 weeks. A minimum of one year of relevant experience is required.
