So, if you’re looking to grow and learn in an established organization please look below at our current open position: Position Quality Technician Primary Responsibilities Monitor, verify, and assist manufacturing in producing quality products to the print specification that complies with the Quality Management System Duties and Responsibilities Conduct Incoming, 1st Piece and Final inspections as required to meet the conditions of designated QualityPlans Conduct Audits to assure compliance to Company Policy, Procedures and Quality Management Systems Maintain Quality Equipment Calibration program Participate in problem solving activities including Investigation, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective action Coordinate Non-conforming Hold Procedure Maintains all quality records regarding inspections, nonconforming material procedures and calibration Provide Quality Training when required Maintains ISO 9001: compliance in all activities Performs other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job Maintains company Vision, Mission and Values to achieve ownership opportunities for all employees to the extent they choose to pursue it Minimum Qualifications A two (2) year technical degree or equivalent Desired Qualifications Three (3) years manufacturing/quality experience Proficient with Microsoft products; Excel, Word, Outlook Ability to use inspection equipment including CMM, gages and traditional measuring equipment Ability to understand or learn GD&T and Blueprints including fabricated assemblies General math skills are required Strong understanding of ISO 9001 principles Good written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills HCC, Inc offers a world-class benefits package that includes a competitive salary.
