About the Role
Carolina BG is seeking a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to manage and grow an established territory of independent garages and automotive dealerships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in outside sales, enjoys building long-term partnerships, and wants to grow a book of business in a rapidly expanding market.
This role combines consultative selling, territory management, and customer support while providing the opportunity for strong financial growth and career advancement.

Helpful Backgrounds
A degree is a plus, but not required. Experience in B2B or outside sales — especially in automotive services or dealership operations — helps you ramp up quickly, but we’re ready to train the right person.
Practical Requirements
· Valid driver’s license and responsible driving history required
· Ability to complete a background check and drug screening
Compensation
- Initial earnings: $60,000–$70,000 with commission growth opportunities
- Compensation is structured as a weekly draw against commissions , providing consistent income while you build and grow your territory.
- Commissions are earned based on performance and sales activity within your book of business.
- Beyond the first year, earning potential can increase significantly as you grow the territory and recurring revenue grows.
