Job Details Location: Holiday Inn Kearney - Kearney, NE 68845 Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Open (days, nights, weekends, holidays) Responsibilities Supervise and lead banquet servers during events Train, schedule, and assign staff Ensure exceptional guest service and smooth event execution Address guest and employee concerns and resolve issues promptly Coordinate and oversee multiple events simultaneously Maintain high standards of service, safety, and professionalism Qualifications Strong leadership and communication skills Positive, self-motivated, and hands-on work style Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous banquet, hospitality, or supervisory experience preferred Schedule Younes Hospitality operates seven days a week. Supervisors work on a rotating schedule based on business needs, with shifts adjusted as necessary to support event operations.
