Partnerships Manager, On-Site (Hospitality Media / Sponsorship Sales)

This on-site position in New York City sits within a strategic investment, advisory, and media platform focused on the foodservice and hospitality industries. The Partnerships Manager will own revenue and relationships across the company's media properties, which include a podcast, newsletter, events, and digital platforms. The role reports directly to the Managing Partner and CMO. This is equal parts sales and account management. The Partnerships Manager will run the full pipeline from prospecting and pitching corporate partners and sponsors through closing, onboarding, delivery, renewal, and expansion. The expectation is straightforward: grow the partner list and keep every partner on it happy. What the Role Covers Selling partnership packages across podcast, newsletter, events, and digital platforms, including building proposals and decks, running the pitch process, and closing deals Owning every active partner relationship post-close, tracking deliverables, coordinating internal execution, and reviewing all partner-facing materials Initiating renewal conversations before contracts expire and identifying upsell opportunities to build expanded partnership packages Maintaining a clean, current pipeline with clear visibility into what is in prospect, in negotiation, and closing Working directly with senior leadership on strategy, positioning, and partner engagement Qualifications 3-8 years in media sales, sponsorship sales, or strategic partnerships with a track record of carrying and hitting a number Experience in hospitality, foodservice, or B2B media is a strong advantage Experience managing senior client relationships and navigating brand and marketing decision-makers Organized and self-directed with the ability to build and manage your own process Strong writing and communication skills Based in New York City (this is an in-office position) #J-18808-Ljbffr Mediabistro
