TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Conway, South Carolina, 29526!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Float Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years MS/Tele experience required License: Valid state license required Certifications: BCLS, ACLS required Must-Have: - Float pool experience preferred - PCU/Step Down experience preferred - Telemetry monitoring required - Self-scheduling and blocked scheduling available Description: 1 night shift needed ASAP. This position requires floating to other medical/surgical/telemetry units as needed. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of MS/Tele experience. Float pool experience is preferred. Candidates should have experience with high patient ratios, typically 1:6, flexing up to 1:7 when necessary. BCLS and ACLS certifications are required. Candidates should have primary IV skills; RT covers specialty IV. Experience with adult patients is essential. Ability to self-schedule and manage blocked scheduling is encouraged. Preferred candidates should have no restrictions on holiday availability. This position involves monitoring telemetry on the unit. Skills needed include managing arterial lines, central lines, and other advanced nursing procedures. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in cardiac telemetry and monitoring for various patient diagnoses. The role includes working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
