Trauma-Neuro ICU Registered Nurse

Schedule

7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with weekend and holiday rotation. Possible call and float to support other units.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Trauma-Neuro ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-level patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in an ICU setting and be prepared to handle complex cases while maintaining a commitment to quality and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the trauma-neuro intensive care unit.
Monitor vital signs and patient condition, administering medications and treatments as necessary.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement individualized care plans.
Assist in the education of patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 24 months ICU experience, with recent experience within the last 12 months.
Active RN license with no hits on state license to practice.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from approved vendors.
Driver's license to verify residency.
Travel experience is highly preferred.
