Overview The Country Club of Little Rock is seeking an enthusiastic and service-oriented Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf team. The Assistant Golf Professional plays an important role in supporting the Director of Golf in all aspects of golf operations. In addition to base compensation, this position offers opportunities for additional income through private instruction, golf clinics, and player development programming Experience Required PGA Associate or Class A PGA Professional preferred 1-3 years of golf industry experience preferred Strong knowledge of golf operations, tournament management, and the Rules of Golf Ability to provide quality golf instruction and player development programs Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a member-focused mindset Ability to play and understand the game at a high level Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic administrative functions Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, early mornings or late evenings.
