Customer Specialist

*N-ear Customer Service Representative* As a Customer Service Representative at N-ear, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional administrative and technical support via phone and email. You will handle incoming inquiries, assist with product and warranty questions, and offer internal support to the sales team. This role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make timely and accurate decisions. *Main Duties:* * Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email * Provide accurate information and troubleshooting assistance regarding N-ear products and warranties * Document and escalate product issues and warranty claims as needed * Support the sales team by addressing customer questions and assisting with prospect follow-ups * Track customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system * Coordinate with warehouse and operations to resolve fulfillment and shipping inquiries * Identify and report recurring product or service issues to improve customer satisfaction * Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively support customers and internal teams * Uphold N-ears brand standards and commitment to excellence in all interactions *Requirements*: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred * Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails in a fast-paced environment * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (e.g., CRM platforms) * Experience supporting technical products or electronics is a plus * Positive attitude and a team-player mentality Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Shift: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person by Jobble
