Maintenance WorkerA respected federal healthcare organization is seeking Maintenance Workers to support facility operations across the Central Alabama VA Healthcare System.The Maintenance Worker will assist with general building maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility support services.Key responsibilities include:Perform general building maintenance and repairs.Complete preventive maintenance tasks throughout the facility.Respond to work orders and maintenance requests.Assist with facility upkeep and equipment maintenance.Identify and report maintenance concerns.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Specific responsibilities will be provided during the hiring process.Minimum qualifications include:General maintenance or facilities experience preferredAbility to meet federal credentialing requirementsWhy apply?Full-time contract opportunityStable work environmentCompetitive compensation
