You'll develop data pipelines, improve data quality, and create scalable solutions that support reporting, business intelligence, and future AI initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and wants to help build a modern data platform from the ground up.Key Responsibilities• Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines.• Integrate data from APIs, flat files, cloud platforms, and operational systems.• Clean, validate, transform, and document data.• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries.• Develop Python scripts for automation and data transformation.• Collaborate with business stakeholders.• Support data quality and governance.• Contribute to cloud-based data architecture.• Partner with external consultants.• Help establish the foundation for AI and advanced analytics.Why Join Our Team?• Be an early member of a growing technology function.• Influence the future of our data ecosystem.• Collaborate directly with executive leadership.• Receive mentorship from experienced data professionals.• Work across diverse industries.• Grow with an organization investing in data and AI.Required Qualifications• 1–3 years of relevant experience.• Strong SQL skills- writing, debugging, and optimizing queries against real business data• Python (Pandas or similar) for data work.• Experience with a cloud data platform such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, or equivalent.• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines.• Experience integrating APIs and flat-file data.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Ability to work with real-world data: profiling, cleaning, validating, documentingPreferred Experience• 3–5 years of experience.• Exposure to Lakehouse/Medallion architecture (bronze, silver, gold)• ERP, Payroll/HCM, CRM, or EHR data.• Power BI semantic models.• Exposure to AI/LLM tooling (APIs, embeddings, retrieval)• Git and version control• Curious and eager to solve business problems.• Comfortable building new processes.• Self-directed and proactive.• Passionate about clean, scalable data.• Strong communicator with technical and non-technical audiences.
