Key Responsibilities

• Assist surgical team in the Operating Room throughout a variety of surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain a sterile field in accordance with established protocols
• Pass instruments, supplies, and equipment to surgeons and surgical assistants during procedures
• Ensure proper handling, cleaning, and sterilization of surgical instruments and equipment
• Collaborate with OR staff to support safe and efficient patient care

Required Qualifications

• Active NBSTSA (NBST) certification required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 12–24 months of experience as a Surgical Technologist
• Experience working in an Operating Room setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple surgical specialties
• Strong ability to anticipate surgeon needs and maintain focus in a fast-paced OR environment
